Please note the following:
I receive a large number of incoming phone calls and emails. I do not have any employees, so I am not able to answer every phone call. I also receive spam and telemarketer calls. Please leave me a voice mail message if I do not answer. This way I will at least know that you are not a spammer or telemarketer. You may also send me an email.
If you stop by my office without an appointment, please keep in mind that I may be busy with other clients or not in the office at the time, so I may not be able to assist you right away.
As for office hours, I am usually available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. I usually set my first appointment of the day at 10 a.m. with the last appointment of the day at 4 p.m. I do not take breaks at specific times. Sometimes I am out of the office for longer periods of time when I need to drive to the Courthouse or County Recorder's office. It is best to call or email ahead of time to set up a time to meet. I close my office promptly at 5 p.m. and do not work weekends except in extraordinary circumstances.
