General information

I have been in business in Monterey since 1991. Most of my business is the preparation and filing of uncontested divorce, legal separation, child custody, visitation and support. I also prepare real property deeds. I have been a notary public since 1992. To a lesser extent I handle probate, estate and legal guardianships for minor children.

I have lived in Monterey all of my life. I went back to school a number of years ago and earned an AS in Administration of Justice from Monterey Peninsula College, a BA in Social Science/History from Thomas Edison State University and a master's degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University.

I have also been an independent scholar since the late 1980s. I investigate, write and publish American history. My most recent publication is an article titled: "From Unhonored to Highly Honored, Philadelphia Celebrates Lafayette Day, 1916-1957" published in the December 2023 issue of the "Gazette of the American Friends of Lafayette." I have several books in the works.

My current project is a book tentatively titled "History of the Bi-Centennial Association of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Citizens' Committee of Philadelphia, 1880-1943." This book will contain over 200 pages of unpublished archival documents from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. I plan to publish it through my publishing company, "Investigative Historian Press."
